Happy birthday to me

Unfortunately, my birthday present from Valerie is that she has Covid. So far I don't have it, and neither does Ken. We're being very careful and keeping her in her room (fortunately it is the master bedroom, so she has a lot of space and a bathroom) and masking whenever we are near her room (like delivering a meal), and we've borrowed an air purifier which we have right outside her room with the hopes that it will catch any germs that crawl under the gap in the door.

I made myself a cake, but it's not very fancy. I just put 6 candles on it, as the binary representation of my age. Last year at 6 bits. I took a picture and posted it on mastodon.
