My hands have been bothering me again, probably because I have been working more recently. So I think it must be time to try dictation again. Rather than fighting with dragon, I decided to try to Microsoft's built in stuff. It doesn't actually suck too badly. It really only works with Microsoft programs; with another windows program such as chrome, it pops up a little box with what it recognized and then allows you to click the insert or cancel buttons, which isn't really all that convenient. So I am dictating this into notepad and will paste when done. I haven't tried to figure out how to completely control everything was voice; the point here is just to reduce typing, rather than eliminate it completely. There has been a fair amount of correction in this paragraph. I hope it is learning from its mistakes. Now the question will be: will I bug the crap out of my coworkers all day?
